George Dismukes is the Founder of GMD Land Partners, where he focuses on sourcing off-market land opportunities for residential builders and developers. He specializes in identifying undervalued parcels and structuring efficient transactions that create value for both sellers and buyers.

George has a background in finance and real estate, with experience in construction, brokerage, and land acquisition. He is committed to building long-term relationships and delivering consistent deal flow across high-growth markets.

George holds a B.A. in Economics from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Master of Science in Commerce (Finance) from University of Virginia.
